Payment:

All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of postage costs, via credit card. Only one payment transaction
​can be made per order. Prices listed on the website are all represented in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your credit card.

The payment system utilized by Olivia is DPS (payment express). This means there is no need for us to record your

Disclaimer:

The price advertised might not be the same charged to your credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.
​That means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the
​exchange rate on the day it is processed.


Sale Items:

No refunds or exchanges on sale items but if it is faulty we will do our best to fix it or replace it.
​In the case of receiving a faulty sales item, returns will be handled in the same manner as for non-sale items.
​The lower price has no effect on shipping costs and the table as illustrated in the section ‘Shipping’ will apply.
