All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of postage costs, via credit card. Only one payment transaction
can be made per order. Prices listed on the website are all represented in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your credit card.
The payment system utilized by Olivia is DPS (payment express). This means there is no need for us to record your

The price advertised might not be the same charged to your credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.
That means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the
exchange rate on the day it is processed.
No refunds or exchanges on sale items but if it is faulty we will do our best to fix it or replace it.
In the case of receiving a faulty sales item, returns will be handled in the same manner as for non-sale items.
The lower price has no effect on shipping costs and the table as illustrated in the section ‘Shipping’ will apply.
It is important to note that any images, photographs and text on this website are the intellectual property of OLIVIA.
